Fresh Nettle (Urtica dioica) tinctured in alcohol. Comes in either a 2oz or 4oz dropper bottle. Fresh nettle can be used internally or externally as a trophorestoritive (restores atrophy) for injured muscles and nerves, but is specific  to the kidneys and adrenals.  Fresh nettle is most commonly used as an antihistamine to help with the symptoms of seasonal allergies (hay fever).
